Gardener's Style Salad

Ingredients
- 0.5 teacup Teltow turnips
- 0.5 teacup young carrots
- salted water (as needed)
- vinegar (a little)
- oil (a little)
- salt (a little)
- pepper (a little)
- cauliflower florets (as needed)
- asparagus tips (as needed)
- green peas (as needed)
- young green beans (as needed)
- 2 pieces hard-boiled egg yolks
- 1 piece raw egg
- sugar (a little)
- head and endive lettuce heart leaves (as needed)
Instructions
- Take half a teacup each of Teltow turnips and young carrots.
- Cook each separately in salted water until tender and, after draining, dress with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Separately cook cauliflower florets, asparagus tips, green peas, and young green beans in salted water until tender, drain, and let cool.
- Meanwhile, prepare a sauce from two hard-boiled egg yolks, one raw egg, oil, salt, a little sugar, and vinegar, and mix it with the latter vegetables.
- Arrange the salad attractively on a platter and garnish the rim with carrots and turnips taken from the marinade, alternating with young heart leaves of head and endive lettuce.
