Coleslaw
6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 piece cabbage head (red or white cabbage)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 l sour cream, thick
- 1 piece onion
Instructions
- For six people, allow one head of cabbage, red or white cabbage as desired, two tablespoons of oil, two tablespoons of vinegar, a pinch of pepper, one and a half teaspoons of salt, a quarter liter of thick sour cream, and one onion.
- Remove the outer damaged leaves of the cabbage head and finely shred the cabbage, leaving the thick core behind.
- Mix the cabbage with fine salt and let it stand for a short time while preparing a salad dressing from the remaining ingredients, with which you finally mix the cabbage.
- If desired, the shredded cabbage can also be blanched in salted water before mixing.
