Coleslaw

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. For six people, allow one head of cabbage, red or white cabbage as desired, two tablespoons of oil, two tablespoons of vinegar, a pinch of pepper, one and a half teaspoons of salt, a quarter liter of thick sour cream, and one onion.
  2. Remove the outer damaged leaves of the cabbage head and finely shred the cabbage, leaving the thick core behind.
  3. Mix the cabbage with fine salt and let it stand for a short time while preparing a salad dressing from the remaining ingredients, with which you finally mix the cabbage.
  4. If desired, the shredded cabbage can also be blanched in salted water before mixing.
