Prince Regent Pudding

Ingredients
- 125 g raisins, pitted
- 125 g currants
- 125 g almonds, finely sliced
- 125 g sugar
- 8 pcs eggs
- 0.5 l milk
- 500 g milk bread
- lemon peel (a little)
Instructions
- Slice the milk bread, fry until golden in butter, and break into cubes.
- Whisk together milk, sugar, eggs, and lemon zest.
- Layer the milk bread alternately with raisins, currants, and almonds in the prepared mold, then pour the egg milk over it.
- Cook the pudding for 2 hours and serve with raspberry or redcurrant sauce.
