Omelette with Leftover Meat

Ingredients
- Leftover smoked meat, cured meat, cooked ham, roast, or soup meat, finely chopped (as needed)
- 8 pcs fresh eggs
- 1 tbsp potato starch or finest flour
- 0.25 l warm milk, mixed with water
- salt (a little)
- nutmeg or finely chopped chives (a little)
Instructions
- Finely chop leftover smoked meat, cured meat, cooked ham, roast, or soup meat.
- Prepare an omelette batter and mix in the meat with a little nutmeg or finely chopped chives.
- Either add the whole eggs directly or fold in the beaten egg whites at the end.
- Bake one large omelette or spoon the mixture into the pan to make small cakes.
