- Icelandic moss (carrageen moss), dried (as needed)
- water (a little)
- sugar (a little)
Instructions
- Soak the dried moss overnight and discard the bitter water the next day.
- Then, boil the moss with fresh water for a few hours and strain.
- Drink the tea warm with sugar.
