Egg Cream

Ingredients
- 1 pcs egg yolk
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 0.5 glass sherry
- agar-agar, dissolved (optional) (a little)
- egg whites, beaten stiff (optional) (a little)
Instructions
- Whisk one egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of sugar until frothy, then add half a wine glass of sherry or 1 tablespoon of arrack or rum.
- If desired, fold in a little dissolved agar-agar and stiffly beaten egg whites, then let the cream set.
