Beefsteak à la Nelson

Ingredients
- 3.5 pcs Potatoes, raw
- 2 pcs Beef fillet, in slices
- 1 cup Meat broth
- Butter, for greasing (a little)
Instructions
- Suitable for convalescents.
- Grease the casserole commonly used for this dish with butter and line with a layer of 3-4 raw, sliced, and blanched potatoes.
- Place 2 previously pounded, quite thick slices of beef fillet on top and pour one cup of meat broth over it.
- Brown the dish first over high heat, then steam gently over low heat for about 20 minutes until tender.
- Serve the beefsteak in the casserole.
