Bread Dumpling with Fruit

Ingredients
- 2 pcs white bread rolls
- 1 pcs egg
- 20 g butter
- milk (as needed)
- salt (a little)
Instructions
- Allow 2 white bread rolls, 1 egg, and 20 g of butter per person.
- Cut off the crust of the bread, dice finely, and fry until yellow in butter.
- Grate the white bread, pass through a sieve, and moisten with milk.
- Cream the butter well with the egg yolks, add a little salt and the white bread, and finally fold in the stiff egg whites.
- Beforehand, cook fresh pears or dried fruit with plenty of water and sugar for a while.
- Form a large dumpling from the dough, place it in the center of the fruit, and cook it there for about 1 hour until done.
