Marrow Dumplings

Ingredients
- 50 g Beef marrow
- 50 g White bread
- 1 pcs Egg
- 2 pcs Egg yolks
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt (a little)
- Nutmeg (a little)
- Flour (as needed)
Instructions
- Mix 50 g of finely sliced beef marrow with an equal amount of finely sliced, crustless white bread and simmer over low heat.
- After cooling, stir in 1 whole egg, 2 egg yolks, and 40 g of grated Parmesan cheese, along with salt and a little nutmeg.
- Add enough flour to form loose dumplings.
