Liver Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 pcs calf's liver
- 1 egg-sized bacon
- 4 pcs eggs
- 0.5 cup water
- salt (a little)
- nutmeg (a little)
- pepper (a little)
- 100 g white bread
- onion (as desired)
- flour (as needed)
Instructions
- Pass a medium-sized, skinned and chopped calf's liver through a sieve.
- Add a piece of finely chopped bacon the size of an egg, 4 whole eggs, 1/2 cup of water, a little salt, a little nutmeg, and a little pepper, as well as 100 g of diced white bread roasted in butter.
- Optionally, add finely chopped onions and enough flour to bind the dumplings together.
- Form fist-sized dumplings, boil vigorously for 10 minutes, and arrange on a hot platter.
