Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare a dumpling dough from 1 kg of flour, 200 g of butter, 1/2 liter of lukewarm milk, 3-4 eggs, 50 g of yeast, and a little salt.
  2. Beat the dough vigorously with a spoon and let it rise for 1 hour near a warm oven.
  3. Form round dumplings and cook them covered in salted water for 15 minutes.
  4. As soon as you remove the dumplings, make a crosswise incision on top of each with a pointed knife to prevent them from collapsing.
