Semolina Dumplings

Ingredients
- 75 g semolina
- 62.5 ml water
- 62.5 ml milk
- butter (a little)
- mace (a little)
- salt (a little)
- 3 pcs egg yolks
- 2 pcs eggs
Instructions
- Stir 75 g semolina with 1/8 l liquid (half water, half milk) and a walnut-sized piece of butter over heat until the mixture is very stiff.
- Then beat in an equal amount of softened butter, mace, salt, 3 egg yolks, the slightly cooled semolina porridge, and finally the frothed egg whites of 2 eggs.
- Drop this dough by the spoon into boiling soup and cook slowly for 10 minutes until done.
