Fish Farce

Ingredients
- 250 g fish (pike or zander)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 pcs eggs
- 100 g butter
- salt (a little)
- pepper (a little)
- nutmeg (a little)
Instructions
- Remove the flesh of pike or zander from the skin and bones and chop finely.
- For 250 g of fish, calculate 1 cup of water, and in it, as soon as it boils, cook 2 tablespoons of flour until clear, stirring constantly.
- After cooling, mix the paste well with the fish, add 2 eggs, 100 g melted butter, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Mix everything well and press the filling through a sieve.
