Tutti-Frutti-Blancmange

Ingredients
- 0.5 l milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 g starch
- 4 pcs eggs
- 1 pcs butter
- 4 pcs bitter almonds (finely crushed)
- vanilla (a little)
- ladyfingers (as needed)
- preserved fruit or compote (as needed)
Instructions
- Prepare a blancmange from milk, sugar, starch, eggs, butter, almonds, and vanilla: Whisk the egg yolks well and just mix them into the cooked mixture over the heat.
- After removing from the heat, fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Line a bowl with ladyfingers, add a layer of preserved fruit or good, freshly cooked compote, and cover with the cooled blancmange.
