Strawberry Foam in Glasses
Ingredients
- 1 l Wild strawberries
- 0.25 l Thick sweet cream
- 200 g Sugar (sieved)
- Lemon zest (a little)
Instructions
- Mix the berries with the cream, strain through a sieve, beat with sugar and lemon zest until a stiff foam forms, and serve in glasses.
