White Wine Cobbler

Ingredients

• 2 tsp Sugar, crushed
• Sparkling mineral water (a little)
• Crushed ice (a little)
• Rhine or Moselle wine (as needed)
• Strawberries, orange slices, or peach, for garnish (a little)

Instructions

1. Mix the sugar with a little sparkling mineral water, as for the Sherry Cobbler.
2. Fill the glass ¾ full with ice, pour Rhine or Moselle wine over it, mix thoroughly with a long spoon, and garnish the glass with strawberries, orange slices, or peach.
