Warm Beer
4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 l beer, Berlin Weisse or other sweet beer
- 3 pcs cloves
- 1 pcs ginger
- cinnamon (a little)
- 1 tsp potato starch
- sugar (to taste)
- 4 pcs eggs, whole
Instructions
- Berlin Weisse beer is best for this, but any other sweet, non-bitter beer can also be used.
- For 4 people, place 1 liter of beer with 2-3 cloves, a piece of ginger, and a little cinnamon on the heat.
- As soon as it begins to boil, add 1 teaspoon of smoothly stirred potato starch, let it boil up clear, and sweeten to taste.
- Meanwhile, mix 3-4 whole eggs with a little cold water and pour the boiling beer in while vigorously whisking.
- Serve in glasses or cups.
