Woodruff Punch, May Drink, or May Wine

Ingredients
- 1 handful Woodruff, young, fresh, without blossoms
- 2 bottle White wine, light
- 100 g Sugar, refined
Instructions
- Place a handful of fresh woodruff, which must be very young and absolutely without blossoms, into a punch bowl.
- Pour 2 bottles of light white wine over it, cover the terrine, and let the wine steep for no more than ½ hour in a cool place.
- Then remove the woodruff, add 100 grams of refined sugar, and stir well.
