New Year's Eve Punch

Ingredients
- 275 g sugar cubes
- 1 l water, boiling, or black tea infusion
- 1 bottle red wine, good
- 2 pcs lemons
- 0.5 bottle rum, good
Instructions
- For 6-8 people.
- It's best to prepare the punch in a double boiler, where it can get simmering hot without boiling.
- Add 275 grams of sugar cubes to the punch bowl and pour 1 liter of boiling water or 1 liter of strong black tea infusion over it.
- Once the sugar has completely dissolved, add 1 bottle of good red wine, the strained juice of 2 lemons, and ½ bottle of good rum.
- Cover the vessel and let the punch get simmering hot.
