Peach Milk

Ingredients
- 5 pcs Peach leaves, fresh, clean
- 1 l Milk, boiling
- Sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp Potato flour
- 3 pcs Egg yolks
Instructions
- Place 4 or 5 fresh, clean peach leaves in 1 liter of boiling milk and let them steep for about 15 minutes.
- Then remove them, sweeten the milk to taste, thicken with 1 teaspoon of smoothly stirred potato flour, and finish with 2 or 3 egg yolks that have been whisked with cold milk.
- This drink must also be served very cold.
