Milk Chocolate

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. No fixed rule can be given for a specific measurement, as this depends on the quality of the chocolate and taste.
  2. Good, sweet chocolate is usually calculated at 125 grams per 1½ liters or 15 grams per 1 cup, with a little more for cooking.
  3. Less bitter chocolate is sufficient.
  4. Place the grated chocolate with just enough water to cover it on the fire; as soon as it has softened completely, stir into a uniform paste and add raw milk, which can be diluted with one-third water, making the drink tastier and more digestible.
  5. Then add any remaining sugar and let everything boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
