Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 0.5 l Water, boiling
- 0.25 l Milk, hot
- Sugar (as desired)
Instructions
- Today's cocoa products are usually so easily soluble that cooking the cocoa is not necessary.
- It can be prepared with either water or milk.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to a porcelain pot, pour in ½ liter of boiling water, stir well, and sweeten to taste.
- If you want to prepare it with half milk, pour ¼ liter of water over it, stir, and then add ¼ liter of hot milk.
