Eggnog Punch

Ingredients
- 1.5 bottle French wine, good
- 0.5 l water, boiling
- 250 g sugar
- 1 pcs lemon, grated
- 2 pcs lemons, juice
- tea (a little)
- nutmeg (a little)
- cloves (a little)
- 8 pcs eggs, fresh
- Arrack (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare 1½ bottles of good French wine, a generous ½ liter of boiling water, 250 grams of sugar, plus the grated zest of 1 lemon and the juice of 2 lemons, a little tea, nutmeg, and a few cloves, as well as 8 fresh eggs.
- Steep the spices in the boiling water, then strain them out.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and vigorously whisk everything over high heat until foam forms; it must not boil.
- After removing from heat, continue whisking for a bit and add arrack to taste.
