Baked Pastries, Charlottes, and Strudels
Chocolate Flour Dish

Ingredients
- 75 g chocolate (finely grated)
- 50 g flour
- vanilla (crushed) (a little)
- 50 g sugar (sifted)
- 0.25 l sweet cream or good milk
- 75 g butter (melted)
- 5 pcs egg yolks
- 5 pcs egg whites (beaten)
- red wine sauce (for serving) (as needed)
Instructions
- Mix the finely grated chocolate with flour, crushed vanilla, and sifted sugar, whisk thoroughly with sweet cream or good milk and melted butter, and cook over a gentle heat until a loose dough forms.
- After cooling slightly, stir in the egg yolks and continue stirring until the mixture is completely cold.
- Carefully fold in the stiff egg whites, fill the mixture into a buttered bowl with a dough rim, and bake in a hot oven for one hour.
- Serve with red wine sauce.
