Clove Liqueur

Ingredients
- 1 l Brandy
- 125 g Sugar
- 10 g Cloves
- 15 g Coriander, coarsely crushed
- 20 pcs Dried black cherries
Instructions
- Place 1 liter of brandy, 125 grams of sugar, 10 grams of cloves, 15 grams of coarsely crushed coriander, and 20 dried black cherries into a wide-mouthed bottle, cork well, and place in the sun or a warm place for 5-6 weeks or longer, shaking frequently.
- Once the ingredients have sufficiently infused, dip the broken sugar pieces in water, boil, skim, and let cool slightly, then stir in the brandy and pass through filter paper.
- Pour the liqueur into clean, dry bottles and cork well.
