  1. Place 1 liter of brandy, 125 grams of sugar, 10 grams of cloves, 15 grams of coarsely crushed coriander, and 20 dried black cherries into a wide-mouthed bottle, cork well, and place in the sun or a warm place for 5-6 weeks or longer, shaking frequently.
  2. Once the ingredients have sufficiently infused, dip the broken sugar pieces in water, boil, skim, and let cool slightly, then stir in the brandy and pass through filter paper.
  3. Pour the liqueur into clean, dry bottles and cork well.
