Ingredients
- 1 l Brandy
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 kg Cherries, half-sweet, half-sour, finely crushed
- 1 large cup Black currants
- 3 g Cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare 1 liter of brandy, 250 grams of sugar, 1 kilogram of finely crushed, half-sweet, half-sour cherries, 1 large cup of black currants, and 3 grams of cinnamon.
- Proceed as with clove liqueur: combine the ingredients, let them steep in the sun for several weeks, filter, and bottle.
