Rosehip Liqueur

Ingredients
- Rosehips, scraps: skins and seeds (a little)
- Brandy (as needed)
- 125 g Sugar, per liter of liquid
Instructions
- Place the rosehip scraps, both skins and seeds, that result from preserving into a bottle and add brandy as you would for clove liqueur.
- The exact ratio is not crucial here.
- After filtering, add 125 grams of sugar per 1 liter of liquid.
