French Strawberry Liqueur

Ingredients
- Strawberries, small, ripe (a little)
- Rock candy, crushed (a little)
- Arrack or brandy, fine (a little)
Instructions
- Fill a liter bottle one-third with small, ripe strawberries and another third with crushed rock candy, then fill to the top with fine arrack or brandy.
- Place in the sun daily, pour the contents through a flannel cloth after a few months, and bottle the finished liqueur in small bottles.
