Tarragon Vinegar

Ingredients
- Tarragon leaves, picked (a little)
- 1 bottle Wine vinegar
Instructions
- Fill a wine bottle halfway with picked tarragon leaves and press them down slightly with a stopper.
- Fill the bottle to the top with wine vinegar, cork it, and seal with paper.
- After shaking the leaves with the vinegar, place the bottle in the sun and let it infuse for 6 weeks.
- Afterward, pour the vinegar through a muslin cloth into smaller bottles, seal them well, and store.
