Fine Rolls or Dinner Bread

Ingredients

• Dough (see bread rolls, buns, or white bread, with milk instead of water) (as needed)
• 75 g Sugar
• 150 g Butter
• 4 pcs Eggs
• Egg (for brushing, diluted with water) (a little)

Instructions

1. Prepare the dough as for bread rolls, but use milk instead of water and incorporate sugar, butter, and eggs.
2. Before baking, brush the formed small rolls with an egg diluted with water.
