Ingredients
- 100 g Wheat flour
- 0.1 l Milk
- 0.1 l Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 10 g Compressed yeast
- Water (for brushing) (a little)
Instructions
- Dissolve salt and yeast in the lukewarm milk-water mixture and pour into a well in the center of the flour.
- Stir with a wooden spoon to form a dough and let rise for two hours.
- Then knead thoroughly and let rise for another hour and a half.
- Fill the dough into floured, square molds (only three-quarters full), brush the top with water, and bake for three-quarters to one hour.
