Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Parmesan or Swiss cheese, grated
- 0.25 l milk
- 6 pcs egg yolks
- 15 g potato starch
- salt (a little)
- 1 pinch white pepper, ground
- 6 pcs egg whites
Instructions
- Mix the grated cheese with the milk, stir in egg yolks, potato starch, salt, and a pinch of white, ground pepper, then fold in the stiff beaten egg whites.
- Bake the casserole at high heat for 20 minutes, covering it with buttered paper.
- Serve the cheese casserole as an appetizer after the soup.
- This casserole is often baked in paper capsules specially folded from writing paper.
