Esmeralda's Love Kiss (Layered Fruit Dessert)

Ingredients

• 250 g Fresh strawberries
• 200 g Mascarpone
• 150 g Plain yogurt
• 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then puree finely with an immersion blender.
2. In a separate bowl, stir the mascarpone, yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
3. In narrow glasses, layer the white vanilla cream and the red strawberry puree alternately — as the layers blend slightly at the edges, a decorative visual effect appears.
4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
