Ingredients

• 200 g Roasted, coarsely chopped hazelnuts
• 250 g Dark chocolate coating
• 50 g Cocoa butter (or neutral vegetable oil)

Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate coating with the cocoa butter (or a little neutral oil) over a bain-marie.
2. Stir in the coarsely chopped, roasted hazelnuts.
3. Drop small, irregular mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a spoon — the shape is meant to stay irregular.
4. Chill until completely set.
