Ingredients

• Gervais (cream cheese) (nach Bedarf)
• Roquefort (nach Bedarf)

Instructions

1. Pass Gervais and Roquefort cheese through a sieve in a 2:1 ratio, season with salt and a little pepper and mix until smooth.
