Schaumkuss Dessert in a Glass

Ingredients

• 6 pcs Chocolate-covered marshmallow kisses
• 250 g Quark (20% fat)
• 200 g Whipping cream
• 150 g Raspberries (fresh or thawed frozen)

Instructions

1. Remove the wafers from the marshmallow kisses, set aside for decoration, and chop finely.
2. Stir the marshmallow foam together with the quark in a bowl.
3. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it in.
4. Fill dessert glasses first with a layer of raspberries, then top with the marshmallow-quark cream.
5. Sprinkle with the chopped wafer pieces and chill until serving.
